Include a single tweet in your page

Sometimes you would just love to be able to quote a single tweet and include it directly on your website using your usual CMS.

Well, now you can just do that using our simple widget:

First way: automatically translate a status URL into a badge

This version is the most easy one. Every time you write on your page a full twitter status URL
(such as http ://twitter.com/xdamman/statuses/1835637837), the widget will automatically replace the URL with the badge! It's that easy!

Code: (to be inserted at the end of your pages, before the </body> tag)

Result:

http://twitter.com/xdamman/statuses/1835637837

Parameters:

bordercolor: Optional: the hexadecimal color without the hash (eg. CCC, FFE249, ...)

Second way: call a badge with the status id

Tweetag tagcloud for your blog

Add the Tweetag widget on your blog. How cool would it be to always show to your visitors the state of the Web Of Thoughts related to the topic of your blog?

To do that, copy and paste the code below.

NOTE: You can change the topic to display (in this example "Apple") and specify the width (in pixels) and the limit (number of tags to be displayed).

Add Tweetag on your iGoogle or Netvibes homepage and always keep an eye on the latest topics being discussed on Twitter.

You can keep the tagcloud global (if you don't specify any tag) or make it related to the topic of your choice (you can enter a tag to follow in the settings of the widget)
